Recruiting talents: hiring stories from the Techcrunch party of Aug. 2007
In France, we have a very traditionnal approcha of hiring people, that do not allow us to focus on talents people, with high added value for the companies. how did the managers of the starts-up of the Silicon Valley, the fastest going businesses in the world, are dealing with this issue?
StandOut job website asked to start-uper to tell us about their hiring stories. Some example to follow in France, where the social networkers are under-valorized by their members and where people do not appreciate unformal job interviews.
For me, th most important thing is the quality of the contact and the way the discussion is on-going. What about you, ready to open your mind to change?
