Je suis une femme de tête et d'engagements aux multiples facettes. J'ai créé ce blog pour rendre hommage aux femmes piliers de ma famille, qui ont le courage d'aller au bout de leur idéal, de se réaliser elles-mêmes : les Poto-Mitans.

I am a determined woman, engaged and with a very diverse competencies. I created this blog as an hommage to my female ancestors who dared to believe in themselves : the Poto-Mitan (this criollo word means pillar). I strongly believe in this leadership and I'm involved in non -profit organization that aimed to support women in business.
