Sandrine Joseph defines herself as a ‘Poto Mitan’, a woman who embraces her femininity in a professional environment that is male-dominated, technical and elitist. The story of this blog started with an article published for the European Paris Professional Women’s Network – EPWN about the importance of social networks in her life balance success. She created this blog as a dedicace to all the determined and courageous women of her family who overcame all the difficulties to reach their goals and by doing so, permitt me to be the woman she is now.

Sandrine JOSEPH is a ‘out-of the box thinker’, multi-talented professional, very creative, business results oriented person, expert in digital marketing & communication, innovation in telecom/media sector.

Sandrine JOSEPH is also involved in international causes to promote diversity in the workplace. In 2009, she was elected General Secretary of European Professional Women’s Network (EPWN) for one year. Then she decided to empower herself and other black people thanks to her afro descent roots ; by joining her energy to Outre-Mer Network. Outre-Mer Network is an international business network that supports Black French Entrepreneur in their business growth with an international scope.

She is regularly invited as a guest speaker in international conferences on leadership, women and business. She is also regularly interviewed in the French medias for her achievements and her expertise in business networking.

As an art lover, she created Arts & Talents (2000-2009) to promote young artists and help them to develop their notoriety. She organizes art exhibitions in Paris in artists studios and once a month  she animated art chronicles in a TV show on French arts and culture channel. Then, in 2010, she discovered a new way to promote art, with Les Oiseaux r’Arts, a non-profit organisation that aims to promote people with mental disability talent in theatre plays and workshops. She brings her expertise in communication to help them promote their art works.
