- - September 6th, Guy Samuel Nyoumsi, Chairman of “Association Solidarité Africaine” (African Solidarity Association), organizes a debate on “What is the place of Black identity inside the French Republic?”
- - September 17th, Nicole Bristol, Chairwoman of “La Voix de l’Outremer” (Voice of France Overseas) organizes a debate on “The place of french overseas people in French metropolitan politics” - “La place des Ultramarins dans la sphère politique de l’Hexagone” at Palais Bourbon (French National Assembly)
