Je suis une femme de tête et d'engagements aux multiples facettes. J'ai créé ce blog pour rendre hommage aux femmes piliers de ma famille, qui ont le courage d'aller au bout de leur idéal, de se réaliser elles-mêmes : les Poto-Mitans.
Les articles publiés sont en français et en anglais.
I am a determined woman, engaged and with very diverse competencies. I created this blogs to give an hommage to my female ancestors who dared to believe in themselves : the Poto-Mitan (this criollo word means pillar). I strongly believe in this leadership and I'm involved in non -profit organization that aimed to support women in success.

Sandrine Joseph is engaged in non-profit organizations to promote talented women in corporations and in sport.
Women’s leadership in corporations :
Sandrine Joseph started in early 2000 to be involved in non-profit organizations to promote women leadership in corporations. She joined European PWN in 2006 and became General Secretary in January 2011 after co-leading eurpoean think tank groups . At the present time she is focusing on women entrepreneurs via her own business networks RISKANGEL and Outre-Mer Networks.

Women’s leadership in sport
Thanks to her new assignements in digital communications, she discovered that women were not respected in sport as they deserved to be in regards of the performance. She created an initiative on twitter – Girlzinsport – to make buzz each time a women reveals her potential via true success in sport. This initiative will be reinforced at the end of 2011 and will be boost in 2012.
